  11. I have been having difficulties downloanding files from NCF. I've
  12. saved them called cfs1 tr cfs 38 and I have a Packard Bell Pentium
  13. 133 with modem speed of 28,800 but have it set for l4,400 for NCF.
  14. Please help with downloading these files as I heed them .
